Orders

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is out of stock.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 2-5 business days across Bangladesh. Delivery within Dhaka is typically 1-2 days.

Returns & Exchange

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in original condition. Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, and Nagad payments.
